Hi there I am after bit of advice if possible as I’m struggling to get through to the plastics ward…I’m 4 yrs post op dbl mastectomy and recon with saline implants and strattice. Has anyone who has had them experienced like a rippling effect? (feels a bit like an air bubble, soft lump on surface) no sure what to make of it!.

I dont have implants, but this sounds like you do need a review by a member of your plastics team. Do you have any folliw up with them arranged, and even if you do and its months away i would try to see them sooner. Maybe contact the secretary on monday, or try the wards again ? Good luck x x
