Breast lump after preventative surgery

Hi 

I went to see my surgeon last week for a check up. I had bilateral matectomy with reconstruction on 2nd January… When I went last week all was normal and very pleased with my progress. However since then I’ve detected two small lumps, about the size of the tip of my finger… its not the implant and I’m quite worried that it could be something sinister. I feel daft asking for another appointment after all was going so well. Am I right to worry?
