Hi Girls, before I had my surgery last year, my friend recommended a sporty type bra from M&S, to use post op. I did buy one, about six pounds, but never wore it. However I took it on holiday with me cos it was lightweight, and hey presto my lymphoedema which I have had since my op has reduced 
I was wondering if it was the construction of the bra, it’s sort of double material , having perhaps a massaging effect on the breast, or if it is just a coincidence. Well worth a try if you suffer from this condition
