Just a quicki, I had a WLE and SNB 4 weeks ago I stll have a bit of bruising around the nipple area which is still quite sore, Is this pretty normal?

I had a lumpectomy 31st July . I still have a lot of bruising and blue left nipple. It is still quite painful . Have been told it is normal . I am still wearing a bra to sleep in . This has helped me I think as my breast stays in place. Also I am taking painkillers on a regular basis. Hopefully it won’t be long before we get relief . I am going for my first appointment to plan my radiotherapy on Friday.

I had terrible bruising after my biopsies etc, my breast was blue/yellow, you name it, for nearly two months, right up to my surgery. Then I got additional bruising, lol.
I’m sure it’s normal.
