Does anyone else have an upset bowel after taking calcichews?

no- been on them for 18 months now. i hope some others answer you - it doesn’t sound very nice.

I don’t have any problems with Calcichew/Vit.D, been on them for 18 months also. Perhaps a bit surprising, as I have Crohn’s in the small and large intestines. . Are you also taking a bisphosphonate, as my GP said not many people can tolerate the side effects with the stomach? I have no trouble either with alendronic acid. Gotta get lucky sometime!

Yes I’m on Zometa iv which usually gives me the runs about 24 hours after infusion.
