i was complaining about gout earlier today and yes have a large spot by my eye which is whiteish i presume it is a calcium spot

I have just seen this thread and thought I would comment.
I took Arimidex from the end of April to end of August, but due to adverse side effects have been switched back to Tamoxifen.
The comment I want to make is that whilst taking Arimidex, I developed a very swollen right foot, and a white spot just under my left eye.
I have now been back on Tamoxifen for 2 weeks and both the swollen foot and the white spot have vanished.
Just thought this worth commenting upon.
