I’m starting my 6th cycle tomorrow. Started at 1800mg (with no side effects at all), then went upto 2000mg but found I was getting very sore feet and hands and also digestive problems. SO the last 2 doses have been at 1500mg which has helped a lot - and my tumour markers have still dropped from over 400 to 21! I use Body Shop hemp foot and hand creams which seem to suit me better than udderly smooth - think it is quite individual as to what works best though I was also advised to change creams every so often. When my feet are feeling at all sore, I also wear cotton socks at night with lashings of cream inside, which makes a huge difference.

Have now started 5th cycle and so far so good in terms of side effects. I have been a bit nauseous and tired but all in all manageable.
Beli and Jenny we must organise our meet in Welwyn, I could do next week or Tuesday, Thursday or Friday of the following week.

Didn’t get your message, my fault, I still have to work out the PM thing, I was in Suffolk in Aldeburgh at the end of August, what a coincidence. Have let this slip as have had a lot going on but would love to organise a meet soon, I hope to get up to London to meet others next week but how are you and Jenny fixed for the following week?

Hope you had a good time in Suffolk its always lovely to get away. I was very lucky and went to see my friend in Monaco for a few days and weather was great such a boost.
I’m hoping to get to London also depends on whether I have transport my husband is taking my car at the moment, if I can make it will be great to meet there then we can always get in touch with Jenny if she doesn’t make the London get together.
