Hi can anyone help. On day 6 of first FEC and have not slept for 3 nights. Finished steroids yesterday morning so thought I might be okay tonight. What does everyone else do? Any tips of advice would be welcome. Thanks

Ho Lynne I do feel for you and in the middle of the night your head goes all over the place… Get your pillows quilt and lay on the sofa watching rubbish tv !!! That’s what I did you do drop off and it does get better … Good luck xxx
I do the same. Rubbish tv is best to get you to sleep. I found it hard to sleep after my first dose so you are not alone. Once the steroids wore off I was fine.
cant help on day five had mine boxing day but cant sleep i cat nap in day but night time not a chance . i am just going with the flow and not worrying to much as i am sure i will sleep just body not wantting to yet .
