Hi rachel
there must be some benefits of capcetabine or they wouldn’t bother with it surely? Have a look at the triple neg foundation website (google it)- it’s an American site just for tnbc women + they are unbelievably knowledgeable + helpful. Just to let you know, xeloda is licences with avastin so your onc could also apply for funding for avastin from the special cancer fund. Sorry if me suggesting carbo has contributed to this anxiety - I just want you to have the most effective treatment out there.

hi tina no you didnt add to the anxiety at all i appreciate all your info…its more because on a site i went on the other day a lady was told by another lady not to accept xeloda on its own for tnbc as was no good and that made me anxious , but my onc said on phone he has ladies hormone and triple neg on it doing well so i will have to trust and hope i get funding .i have scans on 12th and so many aches and pains god i am always whinging lol… how are you feeling today?noticed on 3 word summary of day that you were fed up hope today is better xxx
fairyqueen yes that is the onc I mean he is really good-I hope he pulls something off for you-he campaigned for the use of tax for tn primaries when NICE was dithering and was partly responsible for their decision to allow it.

oh thats made me feel more hopeful thankyou x
