I have just noticed that the Ideal World channel on digital t.v. is selling the New Chillow Pillow which may be useful for those of you who get hot flushes. It is on from 6-7pm this evening.

I have bought one of these for the hot flushes and boy is it wonderful - in the middle of the night dripping in sweat it works a treat at restoring your body temperature. I wouldnt be without mine.

I heard that they are very good and I thought it might be useful for people who have heard about them and are not sure what they are and how they can help them. I didn’t actually get one in the end and now my flushes seem to have stopped and my periods have come back which is great.
