I have found Chillows to be really helpful in dealing with hot flushes through the night.

Sharon,

A chillow is a sort of pillow that you fill with water, and it keeps your head cool at night. I first got mine during chemo to help with the night sweats. I find that half way through the night I need to turn it around as I’ve heated up the bit I’m lying on, and I need to find a new cool bit for my head.

When I first got it , it was a bit strange as it is not as soft as a normal pillow, but once I’d got used to it, it was fine.
