Hi everyone
I went for my routine oncologist check up yesterday and saw a really enthusiastic registrar who had just come from the Marsden. He told me about an ongoing clinical trial looking at the effectiveness of anastrazole to prevent invasive BC in women who have DCIS. To be included you need to be postmenopausal, have a high risk with BC because of family history and have had surgery for DCIS within the past 6 months. I have posted a link through Cancer Research for anyone interested. They are still recruiting and need more women to take part.
