Hello ladies. I have my pre chemo appt on 21st March with chemo starting on 22nd. Do any of you lovely ladies have any advice for cold cap fitting etc. I’ve read some ladies experience bald patches due to badly fitting caps. How do I know if it’s a good fit? Is is like a swimming cap where you can air pockets? Thanks Helen x
Hi Helen, I haven’t used it personally, but if you look at the monthly threads, there are ladies using them. Tina on the December 2015 thread and Claire on the Jan 2016 thread are definitely using them.

I’ll be having my 4th dose the same day you start your first one. It’s scary waiting but the reality of it all isn’t as bad, it’s good to get started
