I’m starting TAC on thursday anyone had this and used the cold cap…will it work ? Keen to hear from anyone.

Im doing FEC no 4 next week and have still got some hair although very thin… i dont wear my wig but hats as the back is still there… although short…

I am doing FEC number 4 next week as well. My hair has thinned considerably and I have some small bald patches on top but still have full covering of hair at sides, back and fringe. I have not had to use wig just use buffs as headbands to cover patches or hats.

I’m on weekly Taxol and I’m using Paxman scalp cooling. I’ve had four sessions and so far have still got all my hair. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it stays that way!

I had 3 Fec and 3 Tax and survived with a full head of hair - it has thinned a lot, but no bald patches, and no need for scarves or hair bands.
