Good work!! X
Had the cold cap for the first time today… wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be really. Took a couple of parecetamol before hand and wrapped up warm and drank a hot drink. Just felt a little tight. Glad to get it off but bearable.
You’ll need to take in ph neutral conditionor (DoveNaked) and a cotton fabric headband. Then afterwards wash once or twice a week at the most with gentle shampoo and conditioner. I’ve also bought a baby brush too as so soft.

Hi I had the cold cap for the first time yesterday. It was much less uncomfortable than I anticipated - I didn’t get an intense brain freeze or bad headache. The first 10 mins was the coldest, and then it just felt like I had cold water on my head after that. By the end of the day I was getting a little bit fed up with it on my head and had a slight headache - more due to the cap sitting there all day I think. So overally it was a pretty positive experience - let’s hope it has some beneficial effect!
If anyone’s not sure whether to try it I’d say give it a go, you’ve got nothing to loose, and it might make a difference to hair loss. If you do find it too unbearably cold you can always opt out of using it.
