confused/terrified

hi, could anyone offer me any advice as i am totally confused and dont know what course to take,i was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent mammoplasty and node biopsy on 5 feb,i am taking tamoxifen and have just finished radiotherapy.my grandma died age 48 of breast cancer and her sister(my great aunt)of ovarian cancer but she was in her sixties.ive seen genetecist he doesnt think its an inherited gene just unlucky on my part.My next course of treatment offered is either oophorectomy+abdominal hysterectomy,or just have the ovaries removed without hysterectomy, but gynae said by just removing the ovaries id be higher risk of uterus cancer,i have told gynae i would go ahead with ooph+hyst, but im still not 100% sure,it was onc who said originally i could have the ovaries removed, then she would change my tamoxifen for armidex, please help Elaine
