Hi All

I have been reading some posts on here and am confused.

Is it “better” to have a grade 3 small tumour that has not gone to nodes than a grade 1 tumour that has gone to nodes?

I know 3 is the more aggressive cancer but if grade one has gone to nodes is that just as bad??

Anyone know?

Hi Alise I often wonder this too. I had 17mm grade2 1node affected and my nottingham prognostic thingy was the same as someone who had 17mm grade3 and no nodes affected.but then some people with nodes affected dont go on to get secondries but others with none affected do and some grade3 dont and some less agressive do its so unpredictable(spelling?) .
