constant aching and stabbing pains

Hi - I was diagnosed and had treatment for breast cancer in 2015. I am taking a daily Letrazole tablet. Aches and pains don’t really describe the severity but I can hardly move sometimes with the severe aching all over and sudden sharp stabbing pains as though someone has stuck a pin in different parts of me.  It lasts for a couple of seconds and then disappears.  I also get leg cramps in my calf, two or three a day. I am not sure if Letrazole is the cause and I worry that secondary cancer can appear in bones, but I am not sure what the symptoms are. Has anyone else had these sort of symptoms please?

Sue

Hi Sue
Oh yes, get on these symptoms and more!!
Been on letrozole for about 10 months and suffer with general aches and pains all over. Really stiffen up if sit for too long. And get those stabbing pains, like an electric shock. It seems to attack one area and then move to another.
I don’t know what the answer is to all this. I just accept that its the price I pay for keeping the bc away. Xx
