Last radiotherapy this morning. The tiredness and fatigue seems to be at its worst today. The aftercare leaflet I was given today says that I should allow myself time to convalesce and rest. In the last 3 weeks I have only been off work for 3 days because I didnt have the energy to go but I was planning to go back to work on Tuesday…is this a bit ambitious, am I likely to overdo it ?

:).Just think no more toing and froing to the hospital
You have done amazingly well if you have worked full time and only had 3 days off. I was doing a very much reduced work pattern 3 days 4 hours a day. See how you feel and perhaps if you are able to take advantage of taking sick leave, you really have to listen to your body it will let you know dont force it as that will only put you back.
Make sure you carry on with your regime and keep up your fluid intake as that will help with the fatigue
