Cramping pains in prctoral

Hello.
I’m 10 years since my diagnosis of er+/pr+/her2+++ ductal carcinoma and extensive dcis. Immediate mastectomy/implant reconstruction in nov 2013. I went on to have an diep in dec 2018 and have developed lots of cyst and fat necrosis along the scar line. Just recently I have been having some sharp cramping/muscle twitching going on in the chest wall under the diep site. I have had the cyst/necrosis scanned but wonder if this cramping could be caused by them or if i should speak with my consultant for other possible causes?

Dear Kander,

Welcome, so pleased you have posted on the site I did have lots of problems myself after my second cancer I was advised to see a plastic surgeon which was the best thing I ever did. who really did sort me out. I think you need to have another chat with your consultant or your Breast cancer nurse to see what advice they offer to you.

I do hope you get some good advice, wishing you well going forward,

Hugs Tili :rainbow::pray::rainbow::pray:

Thanks fpr the reply Tili x

I am in the process of waiting for a 2nd opinion. The plastic surgeon that did my diep, i believe has made a mess of me and didnt listen to me when i complained about the necrosis and discomfort in my abdo. Ive been waiting a year already for the 2nd opinion and still have another 6 months to go but i am hoping the new guy will be able to fix me up once and for all so i will finally be able to move past this whole journey.
