Cream and tips for radiotherapy

I used a cream called Aquaphor Advanced which details sunburn and burns as one of the conditions that it helps. I had a bit of radiotherapy recall whilst in Lisbon earlier this year, went to the chemist to ask for help and lo and behold she suggested the same one and said it’s the best. I started using it before I started my treatment to get my skin used to it too.

Starting mine next week and was told to use e45 lotion or aveeno cream and to start using 2 weeks ago when I saw my consultant every day before radiotherapy xxx

Does anyone know the name of the ingredient (s) in cream that we shouldn’t be using ? I had my planning meeting but the person I met couldn’t remember the name. It has something metallic in it?

I’d like to use my usual cream but want to make sure it’s ok. Thanks
