Daily Express There is an article in today’s Express about a man who has breast cancer as well as his sister.
Derek Foster of Thornaby, Teeside, said that he would like the NHS to look at Breast Cancer from the perspective of a man, as men need to be made aware of it as they are at risk as well.
The article says that they are believed to be the first male and female siblings in Britain to suffer the disease, which I do not agree with, as there must be many other men who have a sister with breast cancer, my sister had it about 15 years before me. That’s very interesting. I spoke with a reporter last night from the Telegraph and I think she also spoke with David W. She was looking for siblings (brother and sister) who had/have breast cancer.

I’m sure that there will ben article in the paper soon about it - probably Monday.

There’s also a thread from a lady asking about why her brother can’t get screening because both of them are at risk of breast cancer.

'Phone the paper and put them right!!

Article in Daily Express I read the report too Mitch - this guy must not be aware of this site - he is unaware off the work we have all done to make people more aware that Men get Breast Cancer too.

As Willy has said - we were in coversation yesterday with a reporter from the Daily Telegraph - there will be an article appearing in that paper on Monday of next week - should be very interesting as the reporter had found out some facts of her own.

I think the couple are seeking publicity Mitch and again as Willy said - why dont you contact the same newspaper with you views. I am sure they are not the only brother and sister who have gone through BC. They maybe the only brother and sister who have been diagnosed so close together.

Today’s Mail There is an article in today’s Daily Mail about another man diagnosed with BC - also his wife. They are blaming the Vodafone mobile phone mast in their back garden. You might like to read this, too.
