Dawn I am not hundred percent sure I got the right Dawn on here when I said a thank you on my mums thread, so I hope you see this message.

Thank you so so much for popping up to see mum and I today, it was such a sweet thing to do and we really appreciated it, so thank you, you really are a sweetie.

Also clever tracking me down lol

I am sorry if I seemed a bit dumb when you asked if I was Jules, I didn’t realise who you were and wondered if you were a friend of my sisters and were dropping something in, so sorry if I seemed a bit confused.

Thank you again for saying hi and the card, it really was a lovely caring thing to do and mum and I want to wish you well with all your treatment.

It was great to meet you and your lovely mum Jules. I did think just for a mo that I had the wrong person when you were so surprised - but you do look like your photo on facebook. I had a lot of time to kill today at the Marsden between different appointments so I took a guess at Smithers Ward as that is where most breast surgery patients are cared for. It is a lovely hospital to be in once you get over that initial shock that everyone there has some form of cancer. I have been treated there for over 18 years now so am very familiar with the place and the staff. Hope mum continues to do so well.

It was lovely of you to come and find us. Yes I am sorry about the shocked look on my face!! You must have thought I was crazy. Mum said you were lovely and she appreciated you popping your head in to see us and wants you to keep us uptodate with your treatment and how your doing.

And yes your right the hospital is lovely and very peaceful, but I did struggle yesterday dealing with seeing all the cancer patients yesterday, but also felt very humbled by them too. Thank you again you are such a sweetie. I have told a few of my bb friends and they have all said oh yes Dawn is lovely, you have a reputation for being very kind and caring, so I consider myself very lucky to have met you today, so thank you.
