I love some of the property programmes ( of which there are many} but why do they have to make some of them into comedy hours. The one called ‘To Buy or not to buy’ has the two guys choosing 3 houses for the the buyers and then they choose which one to ‘road test’. The programme is spoilt by the inane chat between the two presenters who think they are ‘Ant and Dec’ and take up half the programme with their stupid banter.

hi norma. i must say that i love this program, inane though it is, it stops me thinking about health issues,and i can dream about the house im going to buy when i win the lottery!! must say escape to the country is so much better. lynn x

I enjoy also except for ‘Ant and Dec’ but hey the property developer ones- well I can never believe how they turn those houses around, makes me want to throw everything out out and start again- ouch! Lets keep buying those tickets.

Supermarket sweep … normally I like Dale Winton but this programme really irritates me and I have to turn it off.
Escape to the country - makes me sick with jealousy when the poor things only have 700 thousand pounds to buy a big mansion in the country, wish i could bog off to the bl**dy country

Must say though, I do have to agree with aroma (sorry Norma!), I love ‘To buy or not to buy’. I watch it religously now that the ‘Wright stuff’ is currently off air!

Don’t get me wrong I am still watching Buy or not to buy every day, just turn on the mute when those guys come on but hey yesterday it was 2 different presenters so I was well happy.
Escape to the country? Yes please, am in total agreement Tracey!
I also watch Judge Judy, tough woman, harsh but fair I say.

oh i so agree with you, they are so dreary and deppressing at the moment, i really love the bill ,i think they must have new writers as its really good at the moment. country file is on at the moment which is another programme that i love at the moment, cant stand this orning with eamone and ruth they are so patronising, bring back fern and phillip!! lynn x
I refuse to have eastenders on in my house, ( except when darling daughter comes back from SA she can watch it anytime she likes, I can just watch her …miss her so much… bloomin kids have to grow up and leave home …its not fair…) I used to watch it occasionally when daughter lived at home and its just rubbish and has anyone else noticed how often in one episode that some one says " wot’s goin on?"
Also BB I have this theory that the Govt has put these programms on to turn us all into zombies or some such creature…I flick through the channels and I can’t believe its still on…how long do they stay in that House??
Holby City and Causualty…I have been in hospital many times and no nurse or Dr has ever had anything to do with my life or family…Its a wonder they get any work done as they are so busy interfering with everything and nothing…
Hey my daughter also lives in SA and last time I saw her 18months ago. She has been out there 16 years now and I miss her sooooo much and my grandsons hardly know me! Know how you feel, apart from my OH I would dearly love her to be here now.

I find my life is stressful enough without taking on board fictitious programs as I find watching them just winds me up…easily done at the min I know …but we are supposed to be watching these things for relaxation…
As for missing your kids I don’t know how you cope with it because mine are 6+7 and I cried again taking them to school I love being with them and miss them terribly and wait eagerly at 3 outside school desperate to see them…and lucky for me they feel the same!!
