DCIS & Aviva

Hi all 

sorry if this is in the incorrect area but here goes 

my wife got diagnosed with DCIS many years ago and was insured with Aviva we put a claim in and this was rejected my wife went in hospital for 2 operations and had this removed.

she left the claim but is still unhappy of the result after paying in for years 

does anyone know if we should still persue this ?

I am thank full that she has had the all clear now for many years and healthy with our children 

it just so annoying we got treated so bad by aviva

Hi ,I don’t know anything about the subject but I think MacMillan have an advice line that deals with money and finance issues it may be worth ringing them, they also have some walk in advice centres .CAB may also be able to advise .
