A really interesting paper has been published about the potential of this drug to help prevent recurrence of BC after chemo. Gives some insight into why recurrences occur as well.

Thanks jansman. I think anything that may help keep bc away for as long as posssible is of interest. My OH is diabetic and is on metformin.

Hmmm interesting. I was diagnosed diabetic type 2 four years ago and been on metformin since then. Hopefully will serve a dual purpose and stop my lump coming back.
