Perhaps it would help all of us if we had a central place to post recipes or ideas that have helped us to cope with chemo. We know the stats on what to eat, but what types of foods have you found help you most?
Drinking lots of water seems to help me stay stable. I am not a water person.
Eating every few hours helps, instead of bigger meals 3x a day.
Will think about specific foods as I walk through the day tomorrow
