I am a bit concerned 2day i have had 6 months of chemo and due for surgery in 3 weeks 2day i have noticed my nipple is leaking a discharge is this normal im wondering whats going on as this is the first time this has happened is anyone else been in this dilemma

Whilst you wait for the other forum users to reply with their experiences please do give the BCC helpline. Here you can share your concenrs with a trained member of staff who will offer you support and information. The number to call is 0808 800 6000 and the lines are open Monday to Friday 9 to 5pm and Saturday 9 to 2pm.

Hi Elaine, this hasn’t happened to me but if it did happen I would contact my Breast Care Nurse. I am sure there will be a simple explanation but don’t ingore it…get it checked out by the experts. Hope you can call them on Monday to discuss it. Val

Hi Elaine, no need to weep alone. ALL of us on here have had low times when we need to weep. Why not write down here how you are feeling and share it with us? It helps you know and the ladies on this site are very supportive. Hope you get an appointment through your BCNurse to see someone next week. Do not feel alone. Love V
