Today i decided to ditch my tabs for hot flushes just goin to take my tamoxifen didnt feel they were doin much gud for me feeling dopey most of the days c how i get on fingers crossed
Good luck, I had a course of acupuncture for fatigue and had the nice side effect that my hot flushes sunsided.

I haven’t got the flushes, but my periods are all over the place and i can’t sleep…

Doin ok not noticed that much difference so far fingers crossed
It’s weird but I find my hot flushes fluctuate greatly. I had 3 weeks recently without a single hot flush. They’re making up for it now as I haven’t had a good night’s sleep for the past 4 nights. I am eating more sugar in the evening at the moment (pre Christmas treats!) and I wonder if that’s having an effect. Anyone else noticed that?
