hi everyone, well ive just received this 2 inch thick book to fill in!!! im not sure what to put can anyone help? i know fromm hearing that other have had difficulty and the wording has to be right and im just no good at filling in forms!

hi i hope you have better luck than me they wouldnt even send me a form as they said you have to have the prob 3 months b4 dis and 6 months after i think its awfull as bc as got to be classed as a illness
get someone to help you Does the Citizens advice help with this? perhaps someone on here will know. If you’re not too good at filling forms in ( and who is?) you need help. Hope someone replies who knows what is the best thing to do good luck Eileen xx
I am trying to fill in my dla form too. The macmillan centre are helping me with mine on Friday.If you have in near to you they may be able to help you.
