As I mentioned earlier, I had 3 X FEC and had last week Docetaxel no.1.
I feel I’ve been trampled by elephants but my temperature keeps going up and down.Last week up to 38.5, so into hospital to get checked.Bloods said no infection and it gradually went down.Today back up to 38.2 with no infection.Anyone else have this?

When I have taxotere my temperature goes up to about 38 and hovers going up and down and then settles back to normal after about 4-5 days - don’t know why this is but I don’t feel ill with it just a bit achy with usual effects of chemo. Taxotere does make me feel very rough so I guess the temperature thing is just one of the side effects.
My temperature was lower in the morning and usually went up during the day - is that the same for you?

Everytime I had Tax (4 sessions) my temp went up about days 4/5, exactly same as yours RebzAmy usually afternoon and evening, the highest was 37.7 with pretty bad backache. My chemo dept. said take paracetamol/ibro. I was a bit worried that it would mask any infection, but was told that an infection would outdo the para/ibro anyway. I would ask your onc. if its ok to try this.

I’m on my 2nd docexatal and the other day my temperature went up to 37.8. I phoned the hospital to said to drink plenty of water and keep an eye on it. It did go down.
