Dressing change

Just got back from nurse I cried from the time I entered the doctors to the time I left. She said all looks good and booked an appointment for next dressing change next week. And I cried all the way home too x gosh I am a wreck today x

Sending you hugs ! That’s quite normal - don’t give yourself a hard time . Just relax and be kind to yourself - I’m twelve weeks on from my mastectomy and it gets an awful lot better quickly I promise xxx

Remember as well that you will still be recovering from the anaesthetic so your emotions will be all over the place.

Oh Sue, I wish I could be there to give you that hug.  I don’t know what else to say.  You are in my thoughts.  (Now that I’ve stopped flying!)

Hi Sue, gentle hugs. What a relief to hear that all looks good. You seem to have a good GP there and you are being well looked after. It’s still early days, so expect your emotions to be a bit out of whack . Hope you enjoyed that nap. Listen to your body , if it says nap, do so, and if you need to cry, well, the same goes for that! X

3 hour nap lol and feel a million times better now I was up from 5 this morning hopefully tomorrow won’t be such an early start xx
