Due for test results

Hi everyone, just had a lumpectomy and I’m told it was sent off for testing now I’m reading a few forums I didn’t realise there were so many types! I thought cancer was cancer. I knew there was estrogen based and none and perhaps a test that it was genetic.

Nobody in my family has breast cancer that I know of, I’m wanting to look into fertility options. Should I be prepared, is there more bad news on the way? I just read someone was a carrier does this mean they can pass it on to their child? Really getting worried for the results and what they are going to say.

Forgive my ignorance on not knowing the different types or stages. I want to push ahead with fertility treatment no matter what the results are.

Thanks did your time, T x
