Hi, myself and another lady from the forums are going to be meeting up for a stroll beside the sea this Wednesday, weather permitting. If there is anyone in the area who fancies a bit of fresh air, we’ll be meeting 10.30 for coffee and then heading off along the prom.

I only had my cancer confirmed yesterday so have only just joind this site. Wish I had joined earlier as I would have loved to have joined in with your stroll. Hopefully you will have another one soon. Or maybe we could try Brighton.

Frogget, I just got back to you on the other thread and sent a message. Didn’t realise you’d found out so recently, and hope you’re doing OK.
Redcell, yes, shame about the sun, but maybe a good thing as my new short hair means I have constantly sunburnt ears!
BTW, I think I need to work out how to coordinate things better on the forums - any ideas?

Hi Everyone! I was that other person who went for the stroll in Eastbourne with Rachel last week!! We had a really nice coffee and a chat and then went fot a walk along the seafront (because it’s flat and neither of us could manage to scale Beachy Head - not event at this stage of my recovery would I have coped with that!) If anyone’s up for it we can do it again all together. Sue
