I was at the event Glasgow, my boss came with me (he wasnt my boss for my diagnosis or bulk of my treatment but was a previous boss ) It was a very well organised event and it was interesting to hear about a real lack of awareness in the law change. THis was scarily apparent from repots about a certain city council, who in their defence someone said were following policy therefore it is the policy which needs to be changed. I was treated very badly by my ex employers.
Any how lets hope this creates a great awareness of the problems cancer patients face in work.
