The difference between milk and cheese/greek yoghurt is the amount of lactose in them. Cheese and Greek yogurt have the whey removed, which contains the most milk-sugars. I follow a keto diet for weight management (not toooo strictly) and this tends to limit milk but not cheese or yoghurt.

I enjoy yoghurt so this is perfect advice for me. X

I’ve done keto for weight management in the past, and it did work. Long term it can put some added strain on kidneys, but good as a temporary measurement.
