The usual schedule seems to be 2 weeks on, 1 week off (injections on day 1 and day 8 of a 15-day cycle).
It would be great to be able to schedule a break/getaway during the week off, but if a treatment has to be postponed because of low white blood count / neutropenia, this would mess up any carefully made plans.
Any thoughts or comments?
