my wife has just been offered this treatment & is trying to make up her mind about taking it, she has lobular breast cancer that is progressing, has had 2 lots of chemo & pallitive radiotherapy, suffering imense nerve pain & is being treated for this in our local Hospice; because of the mass (over her heart/lung area) radiotherapy is not an option, this med is the only one, have looked on web for info but very limited other than USA where it has been available since 2010 & looks positive.
Any info/cpmment would be helpful to us.
thanks.
Hi davida610
I am bringing your post back up to the top of latest posts in hope that you get some replies from your fellow forum users. In the meantime could I suggest that you give the helpline here a ring and have a chat with one of the nurses who I am sure will be able to explain more about Eribulin treatment. Calls to the helpline are free, 0808 800 6000
Take care,
