Hi, has anybody been on the combination of prostap3 and exemestane for more than five years ? I have been on this combination for over 5 years but protocol in my area is to change to tamoxifen at 5 years -I don’t really want to change as I’m coping with it so wondered if anybody else had been on this combination longer thanks . I’ve posted similar previously but this time want to ask has anybody made the change also and if has been fine . I ask this also because today my pharmacist told me that my favourite brands of exemestane wasn’t available at all so maybe I should consider changing. Hope this all makes sense

I’ve only just started this combination and did wonder what they might change me to after 5 years as that seems common. I had an awful time on tamoxifen so I hope it’s not that!
