Following my recent arm issues etc I decided that I had to pull myself together and have been doing my stretching exercises properly. I am supposed to do these daily - I haven’t done them since just before DX. Although they are for my back they involve stretching all the major muscle groups in the body - it takes about 20 minutes.
Well - an unexpected side- effect is that the are definitely helping my digestive system.
Suggest that anyone who is consipated has a go … it’s got to be worth a try.
What kind of excersices? I haven’t ‘been’ for 9 days. I’ve tried diffrent laxitives and even drank a litre of prune juice - still nothing. I really don’t want to end up in the hospital so i’ll try anything.
thanks- i’ve been to the loo but it was diahorrea, i was stuck for about half an hour. I did last night drink a litre of prune juice. i think i’l wait until tomorrow to see if a walk will be safe ; D
These are stretching exercises - they are what I do … you might do yourself some damage so if you are going to do them so I suggest that you get a trained gym professional to help you …
you have to relax throughout - and gently sretch your muscles - no bouncing etc - and no overdoing it

i do the neck ones, but sounds too much like hard work for the others.
