lie on floor and rock pelvis so small of back in the carpet
stand just in fornt of door frame and pt hand on door frame (just above shoulderder height) and sretch by moving body forward
sit on dining chair and lean ear to shoulder keeping body straight i.e. only moving head and neck
same thing but try and look in armpit - do this very slowly
stand up and hold arms out n front of you and holding hands together try and pull arms away from body
put arms over head and hold elbow with opposite hand and pull upper arm close oto ear - stetches all down the side
for some reason doing this lot is defintely helping me go to the loo better
I think its because its some ligt exercise and stretches everything
you have to stay relaxed but try hard at the same time

this is what you’re supposed to do - I am very inflexible - it doesn’t matter how far you go as long as you get a good stretch
