Hi All

Are we allowed to get a fake tan do you know? I’m on FEC chemo

Don’t know.

I was on FEC and finished in March. Put a colour on my hair and it went pinky/orange. Luckily it was a wash in wash out and it didn’t last.

I’m wondering about fake tan as well but never gav a thought as to whether or not it would be OK.

I suppose we could try a test patch.

Hiya Girls

I’ve just finished 4 x Epi/4 x CMF and have used L’Oreal Fake Tan Gel the whole way through (it’s bad enough being bald, but pasty white as well - I don’t think so). The nurses said it wasn’t a problem and it didn’t go streaky or anything, just a nice healthy colour.

Go for it.

Great thanks for the advice.
I am looking quite pale and am wearing a dress today, my legs look like bits of white cotton dangling out of the bottom!

I used fake tan on my face all the way through chemo and it was fine. It made me look and feel much better.
