Fantastic Site. I just want to thank everyone from this site who gives so much of their time and energy to it.

It is a very professionally run site and i for one can say how much i have been helped by it.

I have attended most of the courses and feel saddened i have non left to attend.

i very much see my role now in helping those recently diagnosed with BC to get through treatment and come out the other side like i am doing.

hear, hear, just echoing your comments Ruth, I am another one who has been so helped with this site although I am 2 yrs post diagnosis I still am a regular visitor to the site and for me I find it a great source of support and i feel being 2yrs down the line it is good to encourage and support newbies.

I AGREE I agree with you without this site I do not know how I would have got through the last six months. Friends and family are there, but this is my second family who I feel knows what I am going through. Someone is here whenever you need them, all through the nights when the gremlins attack my mind. And a game or two on chit chat and fun really relaxs the mind…

Welcome to anyone who unfortunately has had to join my extended family, but we will all pull together.

Me too… How I wish I had known about this site during those early, dark days of diagnosis and treatment - I didn’t discover it until my treatment was over. I’m now over 3 years down the line but have learned so much from other people’s experiences and have been inspired by everyone’s courage in the face of this horrible disease.

I also agree that the site is run in a very professional way - keep up the good work BCC.

Could not agree more. Everyone help, supportive when your down and give you a real lift. It’s nice to know there are people you can trust who care and understand who are not just family.

My BCN told me about this site when I was diagnosed back in February - thank goodness she did! I have learnt so much and really benefited from the experience of others. The support has been tremendously helpful.

Huge thanks also to the lovely ladies who answer the helpline phones. Angels, every one!
