Fatigue.... mental or physical

Hi ladies,
Anyone out there, feel the same. Some days i feel fine, then others i feel fine around the house, then i’ll go shopping or dog walk and feel this fatigue.I can wake some mornings and feel a little shakey which soon passes, but gets me down.I have had chemo but no rads or op yet.I am taking ADs and wondering if some of this fatigue in in my mind. Thanks Lesleyxx

Hi Lesley, I think the way you are feeling is normal. I have good days and bad days.
Last week I was moving furniture around yet today I am struggling just to move myself around!!!
I have learnt to give in (a bit!) when the fatigue strikes, but am my own worst enemy as I can never relax completely.
I have one chemo to go and keep telling myself to rest as much as possible during the first few days, but it never seems to happen. I hate staying in bed, but when I get up I always seem to find something to do.
Be kind to yourself and try and do what your body tells you.
Take care, Debbie. xx
