I enjoy watching Room 101 and wonder what BCF members would put in it if they were on the panel. I would definitely nominate those massive shoulder bags that seem to be in fashion at the moment. So many women throw them backwards without a glance, totally oblivious to the fact that the person behind them is now in agony having been whacked in the breast as a result of their thoughtless action. Whenever I am behind someone wearing one of these monstrosities I automatically cross my arms across my chest to protect myself and having had conversations with other women who have had operations for bc I now know that I am not the only one who does this.
Oh can I nominate something? Ridiculously high shelves at the supermarket! I’m less than 4’11" tall and have got used to having to stretch or even rock-climb, but with scars and such it’s getting very hard to reach!
