I’m confused, if you haven’t had your biopsy results yet, how do you know you will need mx? Good luck with the results and if you do need mx, hope you get a date soon. But wishing you the very best whatever happens.

Oh hi Poemsglore, yeah didn’t really say, I was waiting for results of my sentinel node, I found a lump had core biopsy and was it was invasive, but they did the sentinel node biopsy to see what treatment to do after MX, pleased to say that lymph node was clear and can now have surgery with reconstruction, I’ve been given this Saturday, I feel like a weight has been lifted

I had mx with lymph nodes in same op. tumour was ductal invasive, 36mm, grade 3, stage 2b, three lymphs nodes removed, one with cancer cells. 100% ER positive 70% pr positive, HER2 negaive. Had chemo, last one was 23 May. Decided against rads due to lung disease. But radiographer told me less than 20% chance of recurrence in chest and 50% chance in lymph nodes, but axillary clearance would sort that out. Now waiting to start Anastrazole for 5 years. Again, good luck for op.
