Finished chemo …

Hi

i finished neo adjuvant chemo (3 x EC then latterly 9 weeks of carb and pax) on 18 Jan.

Feel a lot better but I ache pretty much all over but especially around my shoulders, neck and round my chest bone. It isn’t painful just achey. It’s worse than when I was on chemo.

i don’t  want to spend my life worrying about every ache and pain just wanted reassurance. I haven’t really had a lot of other side effects so wondering if this is my side effects? 

i have had MRI’s saying I am responding to treatment and physically can’t feel a lump anymore but still I worry. 

any shared experience of how you felt after chemo finished.

Congratulations on finishing your treatment, understandable that you now feel a bit uneasy about what happens next , we all feel a bit anxious about whether the treatment has really got rid of the bu***r !  I haven’t been in your position re chemo but hopefully someone who has will be along to comment soon.
