First appointment

First appointment Hi all. Hope everyone is well. I have my first appointment with the oncologist tomorrow. Can anyone tell me how long the appointment lasts. I’m not having treatment just being given my treatment diary etc. I don’t know whether to arrange for anyone to pick my daughter up from school.

Hi there Paula

I think that might be hard question to answer as you may have questions and if your anything like me you will be feeling anxious about picking up your daughter if things are running late and then you wont take in what he is saying because you will be worrying about time. Also my hospital appointments are never on time so you have to allow for that as well, if you can get someone to help you out by picking up your daughter then do so.
