first check up Hi, I have received an appointment to go for my first check up next month, which will be six months from my op (WLE/ANC). I have also had a course of rads which finished three weeks ago.

What can I expect to happen at this check up? I hope its not a mammogram as I am still really sore from the radiotherapy and would not like to be squished for a while! I would be glad to know what others have experienced.

I also have a separate post-radiotherapy appointment with the onc on a different date next month, I assume that’s just to check I’ve recovered from that?

chech up Hi nicky I went for my first check up 2 weeks ago I didnt have rads but finished chem end march all they did was have good feel everywhere tapped my back asked a few questions discussed me trying accupuncture for the sweats . that was it said i will have mammagram in November before my check up December so it was all painless hope yours is too good luck joanmary
