I was interested to read this yesterday as I take high strength cod liver oil capsules throughout the winter for my joints. However, I do remember when I was going to the hospital for chemo being told not to take supplements of any kind and to try to manage everything via healthy diet. They did allow me to take fizzy vitamin C tablets to boost my immune system when I was on radiotherapy, then I had to stop them when I went back on chemo.
